Fantastic staff, especially the concierge who made great dinner reservations and recommended a very good wine tour for us. Breakfast buffet is substantial and the staff do a great job. Very well appointed room with comfortable bed, a great shower, etc. Highly recommended hotel in Bordeaux.

We liked absolutely everything about this property. We Were traveling with a baby and our stay was super comfortable. The hotel is renovated, very stylish and clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We had a daily room cleaning. Hotel is located in the very center of Bordeaux, in the nicest area. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The toiletries were NUXE, which is the brand I use, but only had shower gel and body lotion. The location was as good as it gets.We loved the convenience of being in the middle of everything but then tucked in in a little alley. It can get very loud, but once you close the windows you won't hear a peep. We had breakfast once, The coffee and juice were very good but the eggs were strange, but they accomodated me with gluten free bread, which is a huge plus. I will definitely will stay here again and already recommended to my friends.
