Set in Valencia, Opera House Valencia B&B features a shared lounge. The property is around 1.4 km from City of Arts & Sciences, 1.9 km from Turia Gardens and 1.8 km from Oceanografic. Honestly, it had everything we needed including a fridge, microwave, glasses etc. Travelling with a young child you need all these things. Nice to have a few drinks / snacks available to take.

This design hotel is conveniently set in front of Valencia’s impressive City of Arts and Sciences, and the Oceanographic Park. Free WiFi is available throughout. We stayed at the Ilunion Aqua 4 from Saturday to Tuesday at the end of February and I have to say that it was a completely flawless experience for us. The room was great, the bed was large and comfortable, breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff were excellent. We simply couldn't fault our stay there. And it was only towards the end of our stay that we learned that the Ilunion hotels are part of the ONCE group of social enterprises in Spain and that they are an inclusive employer who seek to provide employment opportunities for people with physical and/or mental disabilities. Location wise, the hotel is above a shopping mall and just across the street from La Ciudad des Artes y Sciencias and the Turia Park. There are two Metro options nearby: Maritim metro station is a 20 minute walk away and perfect for a direct connection to the airport on Linea 5, and the La Ciudad des Artes y Sciencias tram stop on Linea 10, which is a 10 minute walk across the bridge over the Turia Park from the hotel, offers a quick ride into Rufaza district and the city centre. So, if you want to support a brilliant social enterprise whilst also staying in a high quality hotel with excellent service, then you should stay at this hotel on your next trip to Valencia.

Located next to the City of Arts and Sciences, the stylish Barceló Valencia offers a terrace with city views and a small seasonal pool. The modern rooms include free WiFi and flat-screen TVs. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good too! We went during the fallas and they had an event on the rooftop for the fireworks which was an amazing view.

Hotel Valencia Center is 400 metres from Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences, 3 km from the city centre. It offers a sauna, gym and outdoor pool, and free Wi-Fi. Lovely location , right next to the bus stop and really good restaurants near by. Staff was very welcoming and very good English. Very clean , pool was too cold to get in but expected as it is november.

AC Hotel Valencia is just 5 minutes’ walk from Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences. It offers a fitness room and free WiFi throughout. It was sparkling clean and modern. It was well located and there was a lot of space.
