Catalonia Hispalis offers good-value accommodation with free Wi-Fi internet access. This modern hotel is near to Seville Airport, and has good access to the historic city centre. I did not like the first room on the second floor for my 1st night stay, it was very noisy, I was very happy after when they moved me to the 5th floor, which was much quieter. The room was very nice, wished there was a kettle in the room, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious. Breakfast was okay.

It’s nice and big, overall we enjoyed the stay. Bed was comfortable and rooms are spacious. Everything is pretty clean. The host is very responsive.

Our host, Carlos, met us at the railway station and took us to the property, as a bonus. It was unexpectedly nice of him and of great help for us! The apartment is modernly equipped with everything you might need, including two types of coffee filter. A bus station is very close, where we could take a direct line to the city center and to the airport. Also, we could buy food at the mall in the close vicinity.

The host was this great cuban guy who was very friendly and wholesome. The facilities were good and the whole place was clean all the time.

A very hospitable host who spoke a little English but with the help of google translate were able to understand each other. Its located 30 mins on foot from the centre but there is a subway stop 5 mins away on foot. The location is quiet so you get a good sleep. I personally had a bathroom right next to my room so it was almost in my room despite shared with the owner and I think one or two more rooms from the house are being given to tourists. There is also a nice yard on top of the house where you can chill at fresh air with a view.

The house has everything you need for a short stay the area was a bit out of seville but that wasn't a problem as they have gated private parking, also there is a few local bars in the area with great friendly staff to start your night off before you get an uber into town, would definitely recommend.
