Everything is just great - the location is so central to the old town, Gros, the beaches as well as pink transport. Luis and everyone else at the front desk are exceptional and so helpful. The coffee machine at the reception area is just great for those early morning coffees and there is an elevator too - overall; I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The two lads were very friendly and helpful. Aritz booked our transfer and taxi for us and showed us where to get the taxi to the bus station.
