The staff at the reception was very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself has a convenient location close to the beaches and bus stops. The breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty. The pool, although not heated, was clean and well maintained. Finally, the room was quite small but also clean and tidy.

Great hotel. if you are traveling by car, you can leave your car at the port parking lot, which will cost 12 euros for hotel guests. however, even without a car, it is easy to get there from Palma itself by a direct bus that stops right next to the hotel. the breakfast is delicious, the employee took care of our early departure and offered to pack croissants and coffee with us. also the staff helped with a very late check in by leaving the key at the reception. in general, I recommend the hotel, a great option if you want to stay comfortably

La Villa Margarita en San Agustí se encuentra en Palma de Mallorca. Really nice villa with lots of rooms. Aircon in the bedrooms was very welcome and essential some nights. Generally good facilities such as kitchen appliances, laundry, barbecue. Lots of outside seating options and the pool was great. Rental company staff were very attentive, checking on us, and addressing any questions quickly. Some outside lights didn’t appear to work, so they sent some workmen to fix a new spotlight.
