All my special requests were met, the personnal was very helpful and professional. The location is brilliant if you want to see the city in a few days and not spend your time on transport. I was travelling on my own and felt safe in the neighbourhood. The bed was great, the room was clean and the bathroom well-isolated (not a glass door :) ) I got a non-refundable deal and was happy with the price.

Hotel is tiny and so are the rooms, however it was clean and fresh and all the staff was just unbeilivably friendly. Why i liked this hotel most is because they don't have buffet for breakfast and don't waste food but they will serve as many times as you want your favourite items. Brilliant
