The owner was very nice , kind and when he found out we were going to a soccer game he drove us to the stadium. We were provided with valuable tips for dining and organize our trip efficiently on our stay in Madrid. The accomodation is brand new, clean, modern and it is very comfortable with a lot of clever solutions to improve the quality of living inside. You will find everything you would need for a short or long stay. Everything! Secondly, the location, which is as safe as it could be, it's ideal. Only a short walk to one of many stations around, both for the bus lines or metro. The airport shuttle service was punctual and well appreciated as well.

It is a lovely little apartment. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Metro station is 2 minute walk away. Nicoletta is a very nice woman, always looking to help.
