Once we got to the hotel, we faced the warm welcome of the hotel's receptionist. She was very kind and even upgraded our booked room. The room was quiet and very clean. The hotel is well-connected to the city center by bus or subway.

The owner was very nice , kind and when he found out we were going to a soccer game he drove us to the stadium. We also had a wonderful time and were provided with free breakfast and water:) Perfect place!!

We were provided with valuable tips for dining and organize our trip efficiently on our stay in Madrid. The accomodation is brand new, clean, modern and it is very comfortable with a lot of clever solutions to improve the quality of living inside. You will find everything you would need for a short or long stay. Everything! Secondly, the location, which is as safe as it could be, it's ideal. Only a short walk to one of many stations around, both for the bus lines or metro. The airport shuttle service was punctual and well appreciated as well.

It is a lovely little apartment. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Metro station is 2 minute walk away. Nicoletta is a very nice woman, always looking to help.
