The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their generosity and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our time in Madrid. Thank you, Ivan and Alex, for an unforgettable experience. The apartment is located in a good residential area very close to Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Except the sofa, the apartment was in a good condition. The bus stop is next to the main door and the communication with Alfonso was excellent. There are bars, supermarkets, farmacy nearby. I felt like a real "madrileño" in this flat which made my stay even more authentic and pleasant. I can recommend Alfonso's flat to other guests without hesitation.
