The staff really accommodated us when our arrival time was delayed! Everything was organised so that we were able to get into our room smoothly. We really appreciated it. Situated in Madrid, 800 metres from Puerta del Sol, CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha features accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, a bar and a garden. We had a junior suite. Location is central and walking distance to all the main city attractions as well as the train station. Quite, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast SUPER NICE & HELPFUL STAFF!!

Really an amazing place to stay. Friendly staff. The whole experience that they provide you is really really good. Check in was really friendly. The smell of the face towels in the room. Breakfast is extremely good. The room that they make ready for you in the west evening. The warm welcome. The help of you need anything. Providing unlimited drinking water. Just everything.

Ideally located in the heart of Madrid, NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property, only 400 metres from Puerta del Sol. Great location,metro and bus just few steps downstairs.Professional and friendly staff,from desk and room service. Breakfast is great.Clean room and comfortable bed,especially I had a room with balcony for Gran Via view, fantastic! We will come back again 100 percent if we have a chance to go to Madrid a third time.

Ubytovacie zariadenie Vincci The Mint ponúka nádhernú terasu s výhľadom na najdôležitejšie budovy Madridu a nový spôsob ubytovania v Madride. This is a very good hotel for a 4 star in Madrid. Location is fantastic, close to everything by foot - 5-10 minutes to Sol or Mercado San Miguel in the busy center, but also no more than 10 minutes to Prado. Positioned on a busy and very central street, buses, metro and taxis are readily available if you want to go a bit further. There are many, many taxis - just go out and hail one, we never had to wait more than 30 seconds! Short distances are not a problem if you don't know your way and prices are more reasonable than in countries in Northern Europe. Immediately next to the hotel and across from it you may find an abundance of restaurants, tapas bars, etc. The room is spacious for Madrid and for the price. It's also properly heated - which in January is also needed. I am not a fan of heating-by-air-conditioning (ubiquitous in modern hotels where a radiator is almost never to be found anymore) because it usually blows rather humid and not properly heated air over me! In this case however, it works as it should - the stream of heated air is not intrusive and the airco vent is placed at the entrance of the room rather than in the living space, working unobtrusively. The temperature is easily regulated and works well. Very good bed - the double is actually a twin pulled together, at least 1 m wide per person, so with about 2 m in width it's larger than in my own bedroom! Wifi is excellent as well. We would have preferred a "normal" square table and a slightly higher chair in the room - since we had a bit of work to do - but that's just nitpicking, what we got worked for us as well. The hotel's window was directly next to the busy street. Double windows close well though, noise is not a problem. A large bathroom with a large shower completes it all. I recommend buying the breakfast in advance - price is advantageous compared to a la carte.

Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid is a 4-star boutique hotel set in a restored palace from the 19th century. It has a modern interior design with Colonial details and uniquely decorated rooms. Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

Located on Madrid’s Gran Vía, next to Callao Metro Station and just 500 metres from the Puerta del Sol, Hotel Atlántico offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. We simply love Hotel Atlantico! We have been coming to Madrid at least twice a year for more than 20 years, we have stayed in many places, 4 and 5 stars and this hotel has been our favorite place to stay for several years. We love Gran Via, we love its vibes, winter and summer we feel great here, there is everything there, tapas bars, restaurants, shops, easy access to transport, culture places. The hotel has very stylish rooms, it is sterile clean, beautifully renovated, the building itself is one of the most beautiful houses in Madrid. The service of the hotel is extremely attentive, we greatly appreciate the care that we always experience. We love to start a day with a great coffee in the small but very cozy breakfast room with Gran Via view. On the roof there is a great bar where in summer it is very pleasant to sit with a drink and feel the Madrit vibes. Wonderful place, one of the best if not the best 4 star hotel in Madrid, effectively competing with many 5 stars. We highly recommend Hotel Atlaintico as a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Madrid.
