The Occidental Granada is located in one of the best areas of the city, very close to Calle Recogidas that connects the hotel with the center and a 15-minute walk from Granada Cathedral. Love how friendly and attentive the staff are and how clean the place is.

For my purposes the location is excellent. There are many very good restaurants and bars, Italian, Japanese and Spanish cuisine. The rooms are spacious. There are several Pilates studios.

Hotel located in the centre of Granada, only 5 minutes on foot from the cathedral and the old town. The hotel is in a convenient location, near the metro / tram but only a 10 minute walk from the cathedral area (and a bit further to the Alhambra.) The hotel was extremely well run and properly organised. There was a big dining area, and I opted for the breakfast one morning, which was very good - a lot of choice for 9 Euros. The people on reception were helpful and friendly, the staff looking after the rooms were friendly and cleaned the room each day. The whole place seemed to be professionally run.
