Well situated in Granada, Palacio Gran Vía, a Royal Hideaway Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. Fantastically welcoming staff and great location for our stay. We enjoyed the concierge staff the bar the spa and the rooms. Unfortunately it was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the jaw droppingly gorgeous roof top terrace and bar. Heartily recommend this hotel!

It’s this quiet hidden gem behind a very discrete exterior. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the bathroom and facilities were top notch. The welcome I got from the team was wonderful. They arranged for a guided tour of Alhambra for me on very short notice, and the guide was absolutely great (ask for Marta, she’s a gem)! They also got me tickets for a flamenco show at the Cueva la Rocio, which was phenomenal.

Best boutique hotel stay we have ever had. Period. Difficult to properly describe the charm of this place. Everything was perfection. From Alehandro coming out to meet us on the street and make sure we can find the parking, to check-in, where we were given a tour of the premises and our choice of room (we came during the low season), to the insane view from our balcony, to the large 2-layered room, to the central dining and living rooms. The personalized breakfast, the open access to drinks in the kitchen 24/7 based on an honor system, and the list goes on. We were a 15 minute walk from the main entrance to the Alhambra and 15 minutes away from the city center. Cannot recommend enough.

Very well maintained and very helpful staff. Michael sent us a message before we arrived and was so helpful throughout our trip!!
