Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden. Our host was very helpful both before and during our stay. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The fridge was well provisioned, beds comfortable and location great for access to public transport.

The property is very well located (Schwabing) and really close to a metro stop (only four stops away from the main station). The studio apartments are very modern, clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom even has floor heating. Most noticeably, the staff of the property was very friendly and welcoming! We had some issues checking in (late at night), and the staff was easy to reach (we called them), very patient and helpful! 11/10 for the staff!
