The location was 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 min walk from where we had the conference.

Also, the bedroom is on the quieter side of the building; I had no need for the earplugs Ulf had kindly provided. :-) Ulf was a super helpful host in other respects as well – he even arranged a ticket for me to an event I wanted to attend. That made my day!
