Parking fit my Jeep Wrangler 4 door enclosed in their parking garage. Close to the park, since our dog traveled with us. Close to public transportation. Great Italian restaurant next door. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

The hotel is located in a cool historical building, previously it was either a port warehouse or a factory. There are metal rivets inside — steam punk :) The surroundings are super! Charm! In the morning — a good breakfast. On the roof there is a restaurant with an excellent view of the port; in the evening you can drink beer and enjoy the view. The room is locked with a code, you don’t need to carry any keys or cards, it’s very convenient. But if you want, you can take a traditional key (I didn’t). The room has a desk where you can work on the computer. The Internet is excellent. There was also a TV, but I didn’t turn it on. The staff is very friendly. If I need to go to Hamburg again, I will choose this hotel.

The lobby is welcoming and the location is on top of the S-bahn and bus lines.
