Situated in Hamburg’s Altona district, this modern hotel enjoys great public transport links and is just 400 metres away from the Neue Flora musical theatre. Parking fit my Jeep Wrangler 4 door enclosed in their parking garage. Close to the park, since our dog traveled with us. Close to public transportation. Great Italian restaurant next door. Outstanding European breakfast! Super friendly and above average staff!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

In the morning — a good breakfast. On the roof there is a restaurant with an excellent view of the port; in the evening you can drink beer and enjoy the view. The room is locked with a code, you don’t need to carry any keys or cards, it’s very convenient. But if you want, you can take a traditional key (I didn’t). The room has a desk where you can work on the computer. The Internet is excellent. There was also a TV, but I didn’t turn it on. The staff is very friendly. If I need to go to Hamburg again, I will choose this hotel.

The staff is friendly and professional most likely due to his leadership. The lobby is welcoming and the location is on top of the S-bahn and bus lines.
