A perfect cosy house, fully equipped. If you need a quite place to stay in - it’s a perfect choice. The tram and bus stops are just around the corner, so you have quick way to the city center. Different shops and cafes are also nearby.

It is a great place to stay in Dresden. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well and tastefully furnished. We found the host to be very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We got all the information from the owner on how to move around and where to buy fresh bread and what was worth seeing, it was very informative. Beds were comfy, all amenities you would expect were there and in working order. All in all I could not recommend it more.

We stayed in a number of hotels during last four months, starting from Ukraine and Poland, then Germany and Poland again, and now Canada. Rob's apartments are still remembered in a very good and special way. Each time when we move into a new apartment, and there is something that's missing, our family used to say "Rob had this!!" - a hairdryer, ladle, playing cards, a quiet working place... Whatever you may need was there: a few kinds (!) of shampoo, a jar with pickles, variety of tea, hot tub, candies in a refrigerator, your own terrace with a table... we felt like our friend let us live in their place for a while. I wish we'll come back to Dresden again, and I know for sure where we stay! A few more notes I think could be useful: I think there was an option to lend bicycles from the owner and with the park just nearby it made a perfect match, but we targeted for museums and didn't get time for bicycles. The apartment has a LOT of rooms and closets and there is a place for everything you bring with you. It takes about 30 minutes of fast walk to get to the old town by foot, or much quicker if you get a tram which stops in 5 minutes from an apartment. There is also an absolutely fantastic Vietnamese restaurant located at that tram stop in 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Should I mention that Dresden is an amazing place?

Just 4 km from Dresden’s beautiful city centre, this peaceful Guest house Villa Seraphinum occupies an over 200-year-old villa within a 3,000 m² estate. It was clean.. I liked the fountain in the front yard just like home.
