Located in a safe neighboorhood in El Poblado, the hotels has an amazing rooftop pool and is equipped high-quality furniture. The staff has been very friendly and is also able to communicate in English. Both transfers the hotel has organised for me and my wife (from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to Guatape) have been excellent.

Location is in a really quiet residential neighbourhood but close walking distance to restaurants/bars, despite the quiet streets, felt very safe to walk out and about. Also close walking distance to Poblado Metro station. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The hotel and the room so well presented and comfortable - best pressure shower that we've had in a long time! Breakfast was really good too.

Very spacious room pictures don't bring justice to reality, very clean easy check in and out. Already recommended it to my friends.

All the staff were excellent, from driver at the airport, the reception, the check-in process, restaurant, housekeeping, all of them were friendly and supportive. The room was also confortable and allowed me to work there without issues. Definitely I enjoyed my stay there and definitely I'm going to back.
