Very nice new hotel, the pool area and the sunbeds are great. We had a nice airy room with enough space. A little oasis in busy Getsemani. And the smell! The whole hotel smells like Santal 33 and has very fancy Le Labo toiletries. Loved that! On our last day we even got free pizza slices at the pool, a very nice service ;) We only had breakfast (brunch, not the buffet) there once as there are so many options around. So we can’t really comment on that.

The rooms are lovely, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and the staff is very attentive to your wishes and needs (try the delicious pancakes for breakfast!). This was one of our best stays we had during our three weeks in Colombia. Thank you for this great time.

All the staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is amazing, very modern and clean.

Everyone was just absolutely wonderful. Really quiet despite being in the center of Cartagena in the Getsmani area 1.5 blocks away from cafe Havana.

The hotel has a good location, although the very street where it sits can look a little sketchy at night. We never had a problem though and it didn't feel unsafe. The check in was smooth and they even stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was really good and the people were really nice.
