I like the friendliness of the staff, it is a very clean hotel, well maintained, customer service was good all the time from front desk up to the housekeeping, attentive, breakfast was really nice, loved the home made breakfast and also local fruit, plus having Colombian hot chocolate. However, every day the breakfast was the same, it would be nice to have some variety to it. Especially adding some local dishes, like arepas, bunuelos etc. The place felt safe and area is good location to get things to eat, to buy at the supermarket, and a park close by to get out and get some fresh air or for the children to play. Great location.

Staff are warm, kind, and diligent. Friendly service at all times. Staff were understanding, and able to accommodate my early check-in. Great location. Clean rooms and splendid room interior.
