Excellent service from our arrival until our departure. We were met at the entrance of the hotel, and helped with our luggage, shown to our room which was delightful, and with a spectacular view. Casa Galos Hotel & Lofts se nahaja v mestu Valparaíso, na hribu Alegre, ki je na seznamu Unescove svetovne dediščine, in 100 m od trga San Luis. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and most courteous. Our two night stay was great. Comfortable and spacious room with lots of natural light. The breakfast was exceptional with very fresh produce and healthy options. Communication with all staff members was a breeze, they all understood and spoke English most fluently. Thank you is an understatement ☺️ will surely recommend a stay at Casa Galos. They also helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure.

This hotel is located in the heart of Cerro Alegre, one of the important tourist areas of Valparaiso, City Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Everything!! It's a sweet boutique hotel in the middle of the colorful hills of Valparaiso. Great, cozy place. The view from the terrace is magnificent, the bed is comfortable and all the staff goes beyond their call to help you out! They even served us breakfast earlier than their regular hours because we had to hit the road.

Situated in an historical building on a quiet street, the intimate 4-star Zerohotel breathes the authentic spirit of Valparaiso. It boasts a terrace with loungers overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The staff was excellent . Our room was cool Reminded me of an old New Orleans home with tall ceilings. Great views . Hot shower water . And excellent sheets . I was psyched they had a parking spot available .
