This hotel offers 5-star accommodation, varied dining options and a wellness centre with whirlpool, gym, sauna, squash court, massages and beauty treatments in the heart of Santiago. Room was comfortable, spacious, bed was comfortable. Location was excellent we walked everyday to restaurants, cafes, mall, banks a park everything we needed. We did have a car to get to the Pan Am Games venue, the secure, underground parking at the hotel made it easy to have the car. The breakfast was good we could find what we needed daily( which is often a challenge when you are a vegetarian). The restaurant and bar on the property was a plus when you just wanted to stay close. We want to make a special note regarding the staff who are exceptional, went above and beyond to help us, were always friendly and professional. They are reason enough to stay or return! Thank you guys for everything!

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available. One of the best Hotels I’ve ever been! The staff is incredible, the rooms huge and beautiful, great architecture. Early checkin was no problem and I even got a coffee offered while waiting! Lovely pool.

Hooajalise välibasseini ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega hotell Renaissance Santiago asub Santiagos. Parque Arauco kaubanduskeskus on hotellist vaid 700 meetri kaugusel. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
