Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and rooftop bar. loved the gym, sauna , spa and pool and rooftop bar. Room was immaculate and loved the free buffet breakfast. Staff gave us free breakfast due to the stuff up with our card payment. Very grateful and so nice of them!

Hands down the friendliest staff ever - The breakfast servers and manager were gracious and helpful - the front desk staff lit up and smiled each time i came up to the desk. I speak NO spanish and they were kind and helpful. The staff and breakfast mgr and servers made this me feel so welcome. LOVED it.

THE ITALIAN RESTURANT CAPPRICIO'S PIZZA WAS SUPERB. ALSO, FRONT DESK LADY BY THE NAME OF ALEXANDRA WAS SIGNIFICANT TO OUR DELIGHTFUL STAY IN THE HOTEL. ALEXANDRA'S ATTITUDE WAS ALWAYS POSITIVE AND MOST HELPFUL IN FINDING SOLUTIONS THAT ACCOMODATED OUR REQUESTS. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private tour of the city with Herbert, who is so knowledgeable. We had one breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. So much variety and good food to choose from. Altogether a great time in Santiago.
