The staff were very welcoming, kind, attentive and accommodating. The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette, great for staying with our three kitties. Very good breakfast, only sausages were missing; great restaurant terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money. It is a classic and traditional hotel where you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. great spot for work travel and great staff. breakfast lovely.
