We had a lovely double room in this modern, well-located hotel for a one night stop off in Santiago. The room was big with a massive (probably king size) bed and good sized shower and bathroom area. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We didn't venture too far from the hotel as we only had an afternoon and evening here, but we found a lovely restaurant called Bocanarez and a bar called Chipe Libre just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again for a longer period if I was to come back to Santiago.

This is my fourth visit here. I think that says everything. The staff remember me although I only visit every other year. This time the lovely receptionist started to tell me about the hotel then stopped and said with a smile "you know how it works, you're like family"
