Situated directly on the beachfront, The Passage Villas is set on 1 acre of gardens and beach. It offers a swimming pool and free tropical breakfast on your first morning. Private, quiet villas with patio to relax, fall asleep hearing the waves, sit on Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine and enjoy the ocean view. The beds are super comfortable, living area cosy, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The apartments were clean and serviced every day. The swimming pool was steps away, perfect temperature, deep enough to swim laps. There is a ceiling fan, which was usually enough overnight but there is also an air conditioner if needed. You can walk to Muri beach or take the clock-wise bus a couple of stops. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into renovating and beautifying the property. They were kind, gracious hosts, who made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely stay!

Located in Rarotonga, within 2.7 km of Muri Beach and 6.5 km of Albertos, Ocean Escape Resort & Spa provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout the property as well... A beautifully designed & presented resort in a quiet, peaceful location. The pool area is superb & the villa we stayed in was spotlessly clean, comfortable, & well equipped. The owners seem to have thought of everything guests would need for an enjoyable stay. A great feature was the automatic soft blue night lighting in the villas which illuminated the stairs & bathroom. Easy on the eyes & no worries about falling over in the dark. The owners & staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of food provided for breakfast, staff were happy to adjust if you needed a bit more of this & less of that. Completion of the on site Tapas bar & restaurant will be a welcome addition. The beach is not suitable for swimming, but the benefit of this was having the sandy foreshore & outdoor seating area pretty much to ourselves most of the time. Muri is just down the road if you want to swim in the sea & enjoy the company of others.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Muri Beach, Tropical Sands offers accommodation with a large terrace and ocean or garden views. Enjoy free bicycle rental. The location is amazing… Steps away from a convenience store, delicious restaurant, and the best coffee and pastries on the island! The view from our villa was the absolute best part of our stay! We spent a lot of our time just lounging on our deck, watching the waves come in, and enjoying the ocean breeze! Rudy and Kanoe are exceptional hosts, and they made us feel right at home! The grounds are beautifully kept, and Kanoe’s artwork throughout the property makes it so extremely special! We loved our time at Tropical Sands, and would highly recommend it to anyone else coming to Rarotonga! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

In the Avarua district of Rarotonga, close to Avarua Beach, Absolute Beachfront - A Slice of Paradise! features a garden and a washing machine. Fantastic location Whales cruzing by every day. Halve way between excellent snorkling places but far enough away from the main tourists. Very private. We were self catering however plenty of Papaw on the trees for us to eat every day.

Boasting garden views, Serene Holiday Home features accommodation with a garden, around 6.2 km from Albertos. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Nice tidy home a few minutes walk from the Caps supermarket. Perfect stay for our family of 6. We loved the nice big yard, comfy outdoor loungers and double head, tiled shower.

Set 7 km from Albertos, JO's Farmstay-charming holiday farm close to famous Muri Beach offers accommodation with a patio, as well as free bikes and a garden. It is a nice place to stay for a holiday at an excellent price. The area is quite scenic, and it is not far from a small supermarket and an eatery. Joe and his colleagues are really friendly and helpful.

Mango Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home in Rarotonga, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and garden. What a beautiful, spacious cottage! We absolutely loved our (extended) stay here at Mango Cottage. It’s a little set back from the road so you have privacy, but also really safe. The plunge pool also gets sun all day so it’s a great place to catch some rays and cool off after a beach day. They have everything you need here including a WiFi hotspot and fully stocked kitchen. There a small shop 2 mins walk in one direction, and a larger one 10 minutes in the other. We didn’t get one, but I would recommend a car or scooter, which are great for the rainy days. Muri Beach is also a 30 minute walk away, making this cottage really well placed. Tony and Lhia were exceptional hosts and even though they were next door, we didn’t feel like we were being watched over at all. They’re very knowledgable about the island and have loads of suggestions of things to do. Also, we could not be more thankful for all the support they provided us when we became stranded due to the flooding in Auckland. Words cannot do enough justice for how much we appreciated their care. We would really recommend staying here and hope to come back in the future.

The glamping tent was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The outdoor bathroom was absolutely wonderful, showering under the stars. They left thoughtful amenities like a pareo and a canvas tote for guest use. I took the Sunday yoga class in the yoga pavilion and enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast delivered to my tent every morning.
