The hotel is very well located, simple but clean, good staff, nice room and shower, good TV, good Air Conditioning. Everything works just fine. Ir is an old building, not fancy, but clean and a real bang for the buck!

The Hotel was absolutely excellent. The personnel was exceptionally well trained, they were able to communicate and provide for our needs even with some staff not being too confident in their english skills. Isac, the restaurant manager, was attentive to the needs of my children and was able to personalize the service fitting us. The food at the said restaurant, next to reception, had a refined menu with exceptional plates. The personnel was able to help us to move around the city, recommend the best places to see, and explain in what areas we need to be extra careful with our belongings. The interior of the hotel is new, fitting the dark gloomy atmosphere with grey hues. The hotel room had an extra comfortable and soft pair of slippers and bathrobe. We we able yo rest well after a long and exhausting flight. Our trip to Sao Paulo was for sure improved by the hotel. We cannot wait to visit Sao Paulo again.

Hotel Paraiso está muy bien situado en el barrio de Vila Mariana, São Paulo, a 1,8 km de Museo de Arte de São Paulo - MASP, a 2,9 km de Pabellón de Ciccillo Matarazzo y a 3,8 km de Catedral... La verdad es que siempre puedes encontrar algo mejor, pero este hotel cumple con todas las expectativas según el precio que pagas. Viajé solo por mi trabajo (soy chileno) y aquí me sentí como en casa. El personal es atento con lo que necesitas, la limpieza es indiscutible, el desayuno super reparador y como extranjero valoro todos esos detalles. Adicionalmente, el barrio a pasos de la avenida es hermosos y seguro. Ya tengo apuntado al hotel donde llegaré a hospedarme las siguientes veces que venga!
