Ideally located just 800 metres from the famous Paulista Avenue, New Point Hotel offers accommodation in Sao Paulo. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Friendly and helpful staff even with the language barrier (i don't speak Portuguese and they didn't speak English). The hotel room was nice and clean when we checked in and was just as clean everyday after the cleaning staff had been there - clean sheets and towels, folded blanket and overall nice and neat. The room itself is small but is equipped with everything you could need: TV, minifridge, own bathroom, bed (of course), a little table, shelfspace and an aircondition (which was greatly appreciated). The breakfast is served at a designated time every morning and is very fine: bread, ham, cheese, pão de queijo, fruits, juice and coffee - a very nice and easy way to start the day. And if you need any water or Guaranà Antarctica (absolutely love that stuff) or soda you can buy it in the lobby for very fair prices. The location is very nice! Seemingly safe neighborhood (my experience), close to small stores and restaurants. Avenida Paulista is in walking distance from the hotel (though you'll have to walk uphill - can be a little tiring for your legs but hey exercise is healthy!) and getting a Uber/Taxi/99 to or from the hotel is easy and quick. The price I paid for staying here compared to what I got was very very good - you definitely get value for your money. When (not if) I return to São Paulo I'll definitely try to see if New Point Hotel has a free room for me:)

The rooms was nice and clean, and breakfast has plenty of choices to choose from. In particularly the tapiocas made by order. The staff were very polite and very caring.

Missouri Hotel is located in Sao Paulo, 400 metres from São Joaquim subway station and 1.4 km from MASP. Each room has a flat-screen TV. All rooms include a private bathroom equipped with a shower. It was a double simple room, but with a good space and clean.
