Our experience at Copacabana Palace Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. Our suite was exceptional, stylishly decorated and offering a breathtaking view of Copacabana Beach from our balcony. The hotel even surprised us with complimentary prosecco and chocolates, adding a special touch to our engagement celebration. Amenity-wise, the pool was the perfect oasis, inviting and beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, boasting a range of quality options and even featuring champagne—what a way to start the day! The staff made us feel truly special throughout our stay. Eduardo, in particular, was a gem. Not only did he come to our rescue with water during our city tour, but he was also a delightful conversationalist who added a personal touch to our experience. To sum it up, Copacabana Palace was more than just a hotel; it was an experience that left us feeling cared for and cherished. We can't recommend it highly enough and WILL be coming back!!!! (For our honeymoon!)

Ideally located on the seafront of Copacabana Beach, Windsor California Copacabana offers comfortable accommodation with contemporary furniture and overlooking the ocean. Location is great. Outstanding service from staff, from front desk, bellboy, restaurant and housekeeping. Room is clean. The pool on level 15 has superb view.

The hotel is located at a strategic place in Copacabana - close to the beach and many shops and good restaurants. The staff is great - very helpful and professional. We needed to make a video conference during the night and they did their best to help us, including by providing headphones. The rooms are big enough and quite quiet. Beds are very comfortable and they even had - hallelujah! - low pillows. The rooftop bar and pool are a great place to have a drink or sunbathe. Breakfast is plentiful and has all types of foods. Overall, a very recommendable place to stay in Rio.

Smaller hotel without banquet facilities, minimalist check-in, only two elevators, right on the beach, one restaurant with open air section for those like us that wanted it, clean and in good repair.
