The rooms are sparsely furnished but spotless clean, with very good AC and comfortable beds; the bathrooms are large enough, luminous and spotless clean, offering several towels and a variety of toiletries. Location is perfect. The staff is attentive and nice. The room was WOW, perfect for an escapade. Courtesy & Attentive. It was my Birthday and the ladies from breakfast came with a piece of cake and a candle and sang HAppy Birthday.

Can't praise them enough. There was an issue with overbooking and they shifted us to another hotel for one night. But the way they handled the situation and made us feel comfortable and all the support they provided us just made our stay amazing!! We got refund for first night, they made sure we have breakfast, didn't charge for the parking and made us feel very valued. This is exactly how hospitality industry should operate!!

This is my 2nd time staying here at this hotel. Hotel is centrally located and offers great rooms. Coffee shop and restaurant. Staff super helpful even when i had an issue. Rooms large with great bathrooms. Good facilities in Hotel. Parking available but as in the centre can be difficult.

The Hotel & Casino Cherno More is located in the center of Varna, within a short walk to the beach, and offers accommodation in entirely renovated air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and panoramic... Breathtaking view from the room! The room is spacious, probably was renowated recently. Beds are comfortable, in the bathroom you will have all you need, air conditioner works perfectly. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located in the city center.
