Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and towels. We asked for 2 more towels and extra shampoo and quickly delivered. Easy to get the L2/3 out of Chinatown to Circular Quay. Pool was great if a little cool.

Reception is super helpful and got us a 7-seats cab to the airport on our day of departure. Discreet entry close to the Capitol Theatre and Chinatown. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the front of house. The large bed we had was extremely comfortable. The room air conditioning worked very well and was on for a comfortable arrival. Have to say this is an Oasis in the jungle of the Haymarket. Car parking is adjacent to the hotel entry and is set at a very reasonable rate for hotel guests. Thanks Capitol Hotel we are so looking forward to our next visit to stay again.
