The hotel was really communicative about how to reach it and how to gain access for out of hours check-in which was really easy to do. The interiors are beautiful and it was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had - we were so sorry we were only staying one night and will definitely be back! The breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly.

O Mercure Graz City está situado a poucos passos do centro histórico de Graz, apenas a 400 metros do Schlossberg, com o marco histórico da cidade, a torre do relógio. The rooms were large and well equipped. There is parking under the hotel which was $16 euro which is pretty pricey but it is for 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to go ahead and park before our room was ready. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. After we checked into our room, made a cup of coffee and rested for a bit, we noticed the toilet seat was cracked. We were immediately moved to a different room and given 2 free drinks at the bar for our "troubles". The location is good for walking in the old town area. Breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of everything you could want. We would recommend Hotel Mercure to family & friends.
