The location, parking area and room are excellent. The breakfast is fantastic. Staffs are very helpful. We highly recommend this place for everyone who plan to visit Graz.

The Mercure Graz City is located a few steps from the historic centre of Graz, only 400 m from the Schlossberg with the town's landmark, the clock tower. The rooms were large and well equipped. There is parking under the hotel which was $16 euro which is pretty pricey but it is for 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to go ahead and park before our room was ready. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. After we checked into our room, made a cup of coffee and rested for a bit, we noticed the toilet seat was cracked. We were immediately moved to a different room and given 2 free drinks at the bar for our "troubles". The location is good for walking in the old town area. Breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of everything you could want. We would recommend Hotel Mercure to family & friends.
