I would like to give a special shout out to Americo and Robert for having exceptional customer service. Tbe whole staff was super friendly. But these two gentlemen stuck put above the crowd. What blew me away about this Hotel is that I arrived on a very early flight from NYC and they let me check in before 11 am. I travel a ridiculous amount (100 Countries) and first time a hotel has accommodated me this early.
