"We had a large, comfortable room with copious amounts of hot water and efficient air conditioning. It had a good patio looking out directly to sea. The "long" beach is lovely with beautiful soft sand and not busy .The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was fine but we ate in a number of other places because we had a car."

"A great place with a magnificent view of the harbor to wake up to every morning. The hotel is located very near the centre of Road Town and within walking distance to supermarkets and places to eat. Facilities are good. The free Internet was fast and reliable enough to do some serious work on. Staff were accommodating for an early check-in and fixed issues (broken light bulbs) immediately. There was a very noisy pump outside our window which would start sharp at 8am and when we mentioned it to the staff they said it was being repaired that very same day and sure enough it was! They even gave us an extended late check-out because of the pump! Rooms were very clean. Overall a pleasant place to stay at."
