The location is great, right next to the fortress and all the sites of the old city, but still on a road where a car can pull up in front which isn't possible where a lot of the guesthouses are inside the old city. Mostly though all the staff are just delightful - we were given wine on arrival and then were offered tea, coffee, biscuits and even cake whenever we went in and out of the hotel.
