The rooms are very spacious, VERY clean, the bed is comfy.
The staff was super friendly. Also they don't speak much English, it's perfect.
The location is also great, 1 min from the centre (even though Banlung) is very small).
We didn't have warm water but to be honest it didn't bother us because it was so hot during the day that a cold shower was just perfect.
