“The staff were excellent. We were very taken by their willingness to drop everything and serve. A lot of detail and energy was taken to seek to supply anything that was lacking and to answer any questions we asked. There was in general a lovely attitude among the staff towards the guests. Much appreciated and most helpful. Particular of note: Jessi, and two lovely Kichwa men: Suyu, and Iyu as well as the man with long hair/ponytail behind the bar who seemed to be a manager of some kind, and who was very attentive to see all was going well. The beautiful surroundings and tranquil nature of the property made me wish I could have stayed longer. To be in a cabin away from the music and hum of discussion in the restaurant area was delightful. Waking to the sounds of birds, other animals and the gentle sound of the passing river was amazing and SO refreshing. The food and drinks available were really good and economical. My wife loved the tilapia and said it was one of the best she'd ever had.”
