Very nice hotel in porto d'Ercole. Very comfortable room, nice bathroom and good wi-fi. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but they also had very nice tables outside.

Spent a month driving all over Italy, this spot was worthy of returning. After difficulty finding it, the location was perfect for gazing over the beautiful harbour. Car or scooter mandatory to get around, and we did! Rented a scooter from DOLORES in nearby town and circled the "island". Awesome scenery. Do it.

It is a beautiful place but very crowded with few small beaches. However, unlike the rest of Italy, some beaches are so "difficult" to access that they are free of sunbeds, umbrellas, bars... and people... which is so nice.
