Nymfaio is a magnificent village, with great nature...
Nymfaio is a magnificent village, with great nature surrounding it. We were amazed by the trails that we walked, the architecture of the village and the nature colours - we visited in autumn. It is really worthy taking the time to learn the history of the village as well and don't forget to visit the Arcturos environmental center and the Nikios School information center.

Very unique village with an atmosphere of relaxation, tranquility and clean mountain air! Don't forget to visit ARKTOUROS the ngo that saves the bears of Greece, wolves and sheepdogs. They have 3 establishments, you can visit all 3 of them with 1 ticket. The Museum and the Settler of Bears are close (10 min walking) in the village. Kids loved it, they also loved the museum shop that supports the efforts of Arktouros. No cars are allowed in the village and it is super safe for children.

A beautiful mountain village with great walks and close to the Arkturos Bear Sanctuary. The whole area is picturesque. We also live in mountains so came prepared with warm clothes even thought it was summer. This was lucky. One day it was 27ºC and then the next it was 15ºC. We loved, the village and all the surrounding countryside and forests.

The hotel is located at the top of the village, a 5 minutes walk from the center of Nymfaio. The room had a magnificent view of the village and the surrounding forest. Breakfast was abundant and trust me you are going to need it if you plan to take the long walks around the village. If you are to tired for an evening walk to Nymfaio restaurant's balcony is a great choice for coffee or beer. All in all a very satisfying stay! Excellent work Yanni.

The room is very spacious and well furnished. It offers a beautiful view of the village from the top. The bedding, linen and towels were clean and fresh, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, fresh bread with lots of options for spreads - fresh honey, homemade jam and vanilla cream and nutella, egg-fried bread, boiled eggs, juice and coffee. The hotel is a short drive away from the city and Arcturos, which is the main attraction nearby.

Excellent value-for-money hotel, with beautiful scenery across the picturesque village of Nymfaio. Big, spacious & warm rooms with many facilities, clean bathroom with a lot of hot water and a nice view of the village. Delicious breakfast, served by the hotel owner and the rest of the staff, who were all kind and ready to serve us with a smile.

Manis Hotel is a traditional hotel built literally into the woods. About 5' walk from the village, with a lighted path that is easily walked in the night, you wake up in the sounds of birds with a view of the forrest through your window. The room was very warm, spacious and clean with a big and comfortable bed.

Nice traditional stone house in the great village of Nymfaio. The owners had the house ready and very clean, the fireplace ready. He called us from early morning to give us information for the exact location. The house had everything to make our short stay comfortable and worry free.
