The owners were fantastic here, we arrived on a cold day and they straight away sat us down and gave us a hot coffee to warm up. Everyone during our stay were so nice. Really friendly place with an amazing location and view.

It was a very spacious apartment, even bigger than how it was described. Very informative way to check in. Very detailed guidance. It's a ground floor where you can temporarily park next to the apartment terrace,drop your luggage then take the car down to the parking. Extremely clean and very well taken care of. Excellent kitchen equipment. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. Excellent technology and the big TV screen is phenomenal. Excellent location to explore the place on foot. Old town is 5-10 minutes walking distance.
The owner is a very friendly gentle man who deserves special thanks for giving us this great experience.
If anyone is visiting Stein Am Rhine, for any reason, this place should be the place to choose and trust me, this apartment will add to your experience. Stein Am Rhine is a very beautiful town,yet this apartment added to it's flavor. I hope I can visit again in the future and I know I'll look no where else in booking.com for other rental option, I'll be back,,🙏👍😄

Very quaint town along the Rhein river.
Very quaint town along the Rhein river. Easy to drive to Schaffhausen and Rheinfalls. Also easy access to the boats going up and down the river. We rented eBikes at River Bike in town, and there are some great bike paths (like Stein am Rhein to Diessenhofen which goes through a forest in Germany).

A beautiful little Swiss village with an old town sector not to miss and river walks to enjoy. Historically interesting monastery nicely preserved. The Rhein River valley is beautiful here. Excellent cycling destination.

The evening we stayed in Stein am Rhein, they had a big fireworks display at the Rhein. This was really amazing to see, only drawback was that lots of people came to enjoy the fireworks, meaning parking in the town (and at our hotel) was impossible :).

Stein am Rhein Alt Stadt is beautiful. Can imagine a lazy sunshine summer in this little village. Adi at the Imbuss was a real find. He’s located just inside the arch. Bratwurst and conversation. Fun.

In fact we used this hotel twice because it was so good; once on the outbound trip and once on the inbound trip. We loved the regalia in the corridors; the polar bears, the suit of armour. The rooms were quaint. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was a real blessing. The hotel was wonderfully situated and you could dine overlooking the lake.
