Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave.
Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after one night, we had to sleep on top of the blankets in all our clothes and still woke up with itchy bites all over our arms.
This hotel has bed bugs and is being run into the ground.
Absolutley disgusting, toilet broken and food and hair, blood stuck to the walls.
I was in tears when we left there. They also charged us more than booking.com stated and $100 damage deposit still had not been returned.

This was an incredible disappointment for our stay.
This was an incredible disappointment for our stay. First we booked on line. Were given a price. Then I was charged much more. It took 15 mins for the staff to change the cost and did not do this easily. Then we were not given any soap. The room was dirty and then we had to ask for blankets.. they were not even on the bed. It took 30 min for them to bring them in the evening waiting to go to bed.

We used to live there and loved our time in Vernon.
We used to live there and loved our time in Vernon. Great getting back to see friends and family. Vernon has a good variety of restaurants and attractions. Since the time we resided in Vernon there is a wonderful trail that follows Kal Lake. The addition of more traffic lights has slowed getting around Vernon a fair amount which will probably be worse come tourist season.

We went to golf. Lots of fine courses close by.
We went to golf. Lots of fine courses close by. Unfortunately we left one day early due to the smoke. Loved Vernon. Hated the Riviera Conference Centre. We went down to 30th St. and 30th Ave. Several good restaurants and easily to cab.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but because I had not been to your hotel before, I was worried that the staff might be using scented products. Because I have asthma and allergies, I was delighted that I did not notice any scented products or allergens. I slept very well with no congestion.
Clean towels were placed in the room daily, which was greatly appreciated.
The pool and hot tub area was clean and safe.
The breakfast was good. I loved the old fashioned oatmeal.
The room (King Suite) was excellent - very large and very clean, seemed very new. Good mini fridge, comfortable bed, nice decor.
The hotel itself was spotless and very tastefully decorated in a nice minimalist way. We felt very comfortable in the facility.
Breakfast was good. Good coffee, selection of bagels, english muffins and toast, minimal cereal selection (could add granola), eggs and sausages a bit iffy but edible.
Loved the resort it was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool and the saunas were amazing and ending it by having a nice hot tea from the tea room. Having the german restaurant outside the hotel is such a nice and different touch! Did not feel like I was in my hometown and felt I was in a different country.
Breakfast was hot, plentiful and they offered a great selection of foods. Coffee was also above what I had expected for hotel coffee. Plenty of seating available at the time we went in. Serving hrs were longer then expected, I really appreciated the time available to eat for sure.
The suite was beautiful and the view was stunning. The staff are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's a short drive into Vernon and there are numerous things to see and do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
We like cleanses, very quiet place & super friendly cat and dogs welcomed us, lastly the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for taking care of us. We definitely stay again if we head to Vernon area without hesitation.
Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast options are excellent. The hotel never disappoints and is in a good location. We have stayed here multiple times when passing through the area.
Checking in was pain free, the room was clean and fresh, noise insulation from the road was surprisingly good, had a great night's sleep. Location is great for walking around Vernon.
