Most importantly, the stuff is very very friendly, they speak fluent English and helped us a lot during our stay. Very grateful for everything the hotel offered.

We had an excellent time in Luang Prabang during our stay. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a of options. The bycicle and motorbike rental was smooth and easy. The only negative point is that the hotel is a little bit far from the center, but they provide shuttle bus from the hotel and back.

Loved everything about this hotel, but mainly the beautiful gardens and the lily ponds. The staff were fantastic. Great help from the front desk. Breakfast was a treat every day, eating in the open looking out across the pond listening to the birds singing. Dinner at Ma Da Laos was amazing!

Also, what I loved most was how friendly, polite and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was also good. I will definitely stay here again if I have a chance!
