My son broke his leg while in cairo and they brought flowers up to our room, they helped carry my son up and down rhe stairs, they were incredible. The location is in the middle of all the action.

Upon check out with the quality manager (by chance), she was really interested in learning what they could do to improve in my rating (I said I would give an 8 of 10).

We were a bit cold because it was winter, but the owner of the hotel and its staff were very responsive and provided us with extra blankets and a portable heater. The service provided is excellent, we even got help finding taxis or making restaurant reservations when we could not do it ourselves. This is a guesthouse but with the comfort, interior design and quality of service of higher level hotels. We highly recommend.
