A modern building with rustic charm. We had the entire place to ourselves. Large breakfast room, common room and pool area. 2 fireplaces for cold days but it was 29 degrees during our visit so the AC was more important. Beautiful night sky and a rooster in the morning! Nice breakfast prepared by the housekeeper.

Casa da Padaria features accommodation in Piódão. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 47 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela. The owner was extremely lovely, speaks great English and she found me somewhere secure to store my bicycle. The breakfast was excellent quality and the room is comfortable and clean. The whole building has an old world charm to it that you want when visiting Piodao.

Cerdeira - Home for Creativity houses an arts and crafts school, is hidden in Serra da Lousã and offers traditional units built in schist surrounded by an undulating landscape. It's a very calming place, peaceful and quiet. It's away from the city, roads and I can't ask for more. Thank you for your lovely service. Much appreciated 👍
