Location was perfect for peace and serenity. The donkeys were by far my favorite. The staff were stupendous. Jessica, Roberto❤️ ❤️,Rachel and Carlo are kind, caring, sincere and beyond helpful. May not be for everyone since you cannot walk into town but that’s ok…more availability for me. 😁 Sincerly love the staff.

The staff was super polite and the rooms are very clean. The chef is amazing! Every dish was cooked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely plan on going back. You have to see the view when you eat!

What a truly exceptional find! Not only were the room and grounds gorgeous, Mirco the host and his food make it something quite special. Mirco not only helped answer many questions before arrival (and booked an airport pickup and trip to Capri) but also went out of his way to assist us during our stay. And saving the best for last - the food. This was made with home grown fresh produce with a flare & passion that would rival the Michelin star restaurants close by. The early evening aperitif/tasting menu (on request) should not be missed. Bravo Mirco and family. Grazie mille x

Villa Flavia was a peaceful oasis and we really enjoyed our stay there. Location was quiet but easily accessible by walking from Sant Agnello town and train station. The view from the large balcony was magnificent and we all (especially the kids!) enjoyed the pool area. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing views, the rooms are comfortable and big. Everything is clean and looks new. Staff is amazing. Great breakfast. We loved our stay at Casa Guarrancino, cant wait to go back.

This is one of the best places I have stayed. The view, the house equipment and furniture, the location, etc. All was super well organized by our host Carla, who kindly explained things to us and and recommended things to do. 10/10 from start to finish.
