Emilio and his wife were so nice. We got an upgrade which made it so much nicer. Rooms are very clean and with aircon. The homemade breakfast is to die for with Burrata Emilio made himself. So so nice stay fullt recommend. Friendy and close to Polignano

A lovely cool house with great outdoor kitchen (a second kitchen inside). Lots of outdoor space. Very quiet - rural location a couple of kilometres from Polignano a Mare.

This property was immaculate, the grounds were stunning and so well looked after. The Italian country charm was enchanting, from lavender gardens, winding stone paths and whitewashed buildings. The property features only 22 apartments and you barely cross paths with other guests. Set just out of town from Polignana a Mare which was in hindsight the best choice, Polignana a Mare was so busy with tourists event though it was October, staying outside of town was a relaxing escape from tourist hotspots .

The property is based right near the highway, which made it really easy to get around to the local cities we wanted to visit on our four day trip. It’s also only a 25 minute walk into the main city which was perfect.
