Cleanliness level 10! Smell around the home is amazing. Every detail taken care of. Sheets, curtains, bathroom, bedroom - exceptionally clean. Host are fabulous people. Fruits and baked cookies are next level hospitality that gives this place special worth. Welcoming and saying goodbye were so pleasant and appreciated. Home is furnished with exceptional style that elevates the experience of staying here. Garden is for use and gives peaceful oasis in the area. This place is so worth coming back!! The best!!

Excellent location, short drive or a bus ride from Bologna. Most helpful staff. Great breakfast, the coffee was delicious. Good size comfortable rooms, spotless, good speed internet.

Perfect rural hotel for a quiet countryside escape ! The restaurant was excellent and full every evening - you certainly eat well in Bologna. The manager Sauro was an excellent and very responsive. We enjoyed the rural walks and nature in this lovely working vineyard.

Stunning B&B in a beautiful setting. We stayed two nights in the apartment. It was a blissful experience. We had no plans in the midst of a long trip in Italy, so we relaxed. This was the perfect place. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The decor was delightful original artwork graced the walls. Located in the countryside a car is required to venture out for shopping or meals. It is a short drive to a good variety of both. We loved our stay.
