I spesifically arranged to book in at 23hoo by email and the cel no on bookings. when we arrived 23h06 nobody knew we were arriving. we spend 20 minutes before a closed gate. the cel number on app was NOT answered. i had to phone the alternative number of the owner whom was in the Cape to help us. the staff confirmed that Jody did not tell them that we would arrive late.
