The location is beautiful, a small paradise with a very friendly and helpful owner to make your stay worthwhile. Our roof was leaking, so we immediately got a new room. The next day already there was a crew busy fixing the roof.

Location is central for Puluong, and staff are incredibly lovely. Helped us with motorbike hire very easily, and transits to and from Hanoi which made transport very easy. The food was great, we ate both at Luna and other establishments around, and preferred the food at Luna. There were puppies not long born as well which were amazing to see and interact with! We used the mountain bikes for a whole day for free - they need a good service but were excellent to be accessed also!
